मोटिवेशनल वीक में फिर से आप का स्वागत है आज का टॉपिक है सफलता। विषय बहुत रोचक है क्यों की सफलता किसे नहीं चाहिए। तो आएं  चलते है सफलता के ओर।

सफलता क्या है?

सफलता वांछित लक्ष्यों की उपलब्धि है, जैसे नाम, प्रसिद्धि और धन।

एक व्यक्ति की सफलता का अर्थ दूसरे से भिन्न होता है। किसी की नजर में दौलत पाना सफलता है तो किसी के लिए स्वस्थ जीवन, किसी की नजर में नाम कमाना। कोई डॉक्टर बनना चाहता है तो कोई बिजनेस करना चाहता है। अगर किसी का लक्ष्य एक फिल्म अभिनेता है, तो कोई नेता बनना चाहता है ।

          हर किसी की सफलता की परिभाषा अलग होती है, लेकिन मेरे विचार से एक सफल व्यक्ति वह है जिसने जो भी लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया है उसे हासिल कर लिया है।

किसी ने टीचर बनना चाहता था और टीचर बन चुका हो , वह सफल है।  किसी ने डॉक्टर बनना चाहता था और डॉक्टर बन चुका , वह सफल है।

सफलता का मार्ग

आज लोगों का  समस्या यह है कि वे हर समस्या का हल तुरंत चाहते हैं। हर कोई शार्ट-कट का रास्ता अपनाना चाहता है। मेरा कहना ये कतई नहीं कि आप के घर का रास्ता सीधा है तो भी आप सारे मोहल्ले का चक्कर लगा कर घर जाएँ। कहने का तातपर्य यह है कि अपने काम में कोताही ना बरतें, अपने काम को पूरी सिद्दत से करें। आपका 100 फीसद मेहनत काम के प्रति समर्पण ही आपको सफलता की सिखर पर ले जाएगा। असल ज़िंदगी में कोई शार्ट-कट रास्ता नहीं होता है।

मेरा कहना बस इतना है कि सपना भी देखो तो ऐसा जो दिमाग में छाप छोड़ जाये, पढाई करो तो ऐसा जो आप का कोई बराबरी कर ना पाए , काम करो ऐसा देख कर सब चकित रहजाय। आप अपने काम को चाहे जो कुछ हो 100 परसेंट ईमादारी से करें,आप अपने आप को पूरी तरह से झोंक दें आप को सक्सेस होने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता है।

सफलता के दस कदम

 1. गहरी इच्छा शक्ति : जीवन में सफल होना है तो आप के मक़सद के लिए आप के पास गहरी इच्छा शक्ति का होना जरुरी है। वैसी इच्छा शक्ति जैसा कोई इंसान को मालूम हो कि उसके पास समय कम है। उदाहरण - परीक्षा से एक दिन पहले स्टूडेंट का ,रिटायरमेंट  से पहले नौकरी करने वाले का, मरने से पहले किसी पेशेंट का इत्यादि। जिसके पास समय कम  है वे चाहते है कि उनका सभी काम जल्द से जल्द पूरा हो जाय  परन्तु उनका  समय और सामर्थ  साथ नहीं देता है। अतः आप के पास समय और सामर्थ है बस जरुरत है तो गहरी इच्छा शक्ति की।

2. वचनबद्धता :वचनबद्धता का मतलब होता है किसी भी परिस्थिति में अपनी दी हुई वचन से ना फिरना, किसी भी परिस्थिति में अपनी वचन को पूरा करना, चाहे उसके लिए आपको हानि ही क्यों ना उठना परे। वचनबद्धता की ईमारत समझदारी और ईमानदारी के खम्भों पर टिकी होती है।

3. ज़िम्मेदारी : ज़िम्मेदारी लेने पर खतरा उठाना पड़ता है और जवाबदेह होना पड़ता है। कई बार इससे दिक्क्तें उठानी पड़ती हैं परन्तु ज़िम्मेदारी उठाने वाले लोग हमेसा भीड़ में आगे यानि सक्सेसफुल होते हैं।

4. कठोर परिश्रम: सफलता: भाग्य के भरोसे मिलनेवाली चीज नहीं है। ज्यादातर लोग सफलता तो चाहते हैं किन्तु उसे पाने के लिए जितनी परिश्रम की जरुरत है, करना नहीं चाहते हैं। कठोर परिश्रम से ही सफलता मिलती है। 

5. चरित्रवान : किसी व्यक्ति का चरित्र उसके कार्य और व्यहार में झलकता है। जीवन में सफलता पाने के लिए उच्च विचार और चरित्रवान होना अति आवश्यक है।

6. सकारात्मक नजरिया : हमारे पास एक गिलास आधा पानी से भरा हो तो हम क्या कहेगे - आधा गिलास पानी कहेंगे या आधा खली गिलास कहेंगे ये हमारी नजरिये पर निर्भर करता है। ये पूरी तरह से हमारी नजरिया पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी परिस्थिति को समस्या समझतें है या फिर अवसर। हमारा सफलता का मुख्य द्वार है हमारी सकारात्मक नजरिया।  

7. अधिक पाने के लिए अधिक देना सीखें : आपको औरों से आगे निकलना है तो आपके काम या व्यापार में आपको औरों से अधिक समय देना होगा। ज्यादातर लोग जितना काम के लिए भुगतान पाते हैं उतना काम भी नहीं करना चाहते हैं। कुछ लोग तो बस उतना ही करना चाहते हैं जितने से काम चलजाए।

8. दृढ विश्वास : आप जब बाइक या कार चलाते हैं और आप को किसी भीड़ -भड़ाके बाली जगह से गुजरनी हो तो क्या आप भीड़ छटने का इंतजार करते हैं जी नहीं जरुरत के हिसाब से क्लाज़,ब्रेक और, एक्सीलेटर का इस्तमाल कर धीरे-धीरे बढ़ते रहते हैं। ठीक उसी तरह जीवन रूपी यात्रा में भी चाहे कितना ही मुसीबत ही क्यों ना हो अपने अंदर दृढ विश्वास होना चाहिए कि मजिल पर पहुँच कर ही बिश्राम करना है। 

9. अपने काम पर गर्व करें : दोस्तों कोई कार्य छोटा या बड़ा नहीं होता हमारी सोच छोटी या बड़ी होती है। कर्म ही पूजा है, अपने काम काज से प्रेम करें उसपर गर्व करें तभी 100 फीसद समर्पण आपको सफल बनाएगा।

10. सिखने की इक्षा रखना : हमेसा सिखने की इक्षा मन में होनी चाहिए क्यों कि ज्ञान का कोई अंत नही, कोई सीमा नहीं, और सिखने के लिए कोई उम्र नहीं होता। जहाँ हम ये सोच लेते है कि हम बहुत ज्ञानी हैं वहीँ से हमारा अंत होना तय है। सीखते रहो, सीखते रहो बस आपका यह ज्ञान और अनुभव ही आपको सफलता दिलाएगी।

मोटिवेशन: हम पहले एक लक्ष्य निर्धारित करते हैं, फिर हमें उसे बार-बार अपने मन में सोचते रहना होता है। अगर मौका दिया जाए तो हमें इसे बहुत जल्दी एक्शन में बदलना होगा। जब हम उस काम को करने में तल्लीन हो जाते हैं तो यह हमारी आदत बन जाती है और आदत हमें फलदायी बनाती है।

The problem of people today is that they want instant solution to every problem. Everyone wants to take the short-cut route. I do not say that the way to your house is straight, even then you go home after going round the whole locality. That is to say, do not hesitate in your work, do your work with full dedication. Your 100% hard work and dedication towards work will take you to the heights of success. Today in Motivational Week, we will learn what are those ten points to be successful, knowing that we can reach the height of success. There is no short-cut way in real life.

My point is just that even if you dream, it will leave a mark in your mind, study in such a way that no one can match you, do work, everyone will be surprised to see such a thing. Whatever you do, do your work with 100% honesty, you should give yourself completely, no one can stop you from being successful. Let me introduce you to the 10 qualities of being successful.

1. Deep will power - If you want to be successful in life then you must have deep will power for your purpose. Such will power as a person knows that he has less time. Example - A day before the examination of a student, before retirement, of a patient, before death, etc. Those who have less time, they want all their work to be completed as soon as possible but their time and power do not support. So you have the time and the power, all you need is a deep will power.

2. Commitment - Commitment means to not go back from your promise under any circumstances, fulfill your promise under any circumstances, even if you have to bear the loss for it. Commitment is built on the pillars of understanding and honesty.

3. Responsibility - Taking responsibility involves taking a risk and being accountable. Many times problems have to be raised due to this, but the people who take responsibility are always ahead in the crowd i.e. successful.

4. Hard work - Success is not something that can be found on luck. Most of the people want success but do not want to do the hard work required to achieve it. Success comes only through hard work.

5. Characteristic - The character of a person is reflected in his actions and behaviour. It is very important to have high thoughts and character to get success in life.

6. Positive Attitude - If we have a glass half full of water then what will we say - half glass of water or half empty glass, it depends on our attitude. It completely depends on our point of view whether we consider a situation as a problem or an opportunity. Our main door to success is our positive attitude.

7. Learn to give more to get more- If you want to get ahead of others, then you have to spend more time in your work or business than others. Most people don't even want to work as much as they get paid for. Some people just want to do what works for them.

8. Confidence - When you drive a bike or car and you have to pass through a crowded place, do you wait for the crowd to clear or not, according to the need, by using clauses, brakes and accelerators slowly- Keep on growing slowly. In the same way, no matter how much trouble there may be in the journey of life, you should have a firm belief in yourself that you have to take rest only after reaching the destination.

9. Be proud of your work - Friends, no work is small or big, our thinking is small or big. Work is worship, love your work and be proud of it, only then 100% dedication will make you successful.

10. Have a desire to learn - There should always be a desire to learn because knowledge has no end, no limit, and there is no age to learn. Where we think that we are very knowledgeable, from there we are bound to end. Keep learning, keep learning, only this knowledge and experience of yours will give you success.      

      Motivation: We first set a goal, then we have to keep thinking it again and again in our mind. If given a chance, we have to convert it into action very quickly. When we get engrossed in doing that work then it becomes our habit and habit makes us fruitful.
